uBeat is an app for measure and monitor fitness habits related to the heartbeat. While the main component is the pulse tracker, it has the additional feature of allowing the user to log habits (workouts, training, resting states) related to the measures.

As for the interface, the images here show sample states of the design process: Adapting the brand to the app format, wire-framing the onboarding process, animating interactions and how it all fits together into the UI.
